Epidemic Prevention Announcement

We are currently not accommodating guests from any “Key High-Risk Countries”. Guests from other countries must complete 14-day quarantine and provide a certificate of negative PCR testing for COVID-19.

In accordance with the government’s epidemic prevention measures, from December 1, 2020, masks are required in places with high risks of infection and transmission in order to effectively prevent spread in the community. Refusal to wear a mask despite being advised by personnel of the place is subject to a fine of NT$3,000 to NT$15,000 pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 70 of the Communicable Disease Control Act.

1. Body Temperature Measurement
Upon arrival, the Hotel Guests shall allow front desk employees of the Hotels to measure body temperature. For anyone with discomfort or the body temperature over 37.5℃, the Hotel shall have the right to reject his/her stay.

2. Active Description of Travel History Information
When checking in, the Hotel Guests shall actively describe relevant recent travel history information and coordinate with the Hotel staff to collect and check relevant information requests. Starting from March 19th, 2020, the ROC nationals upon their arrival in the ROC territory from the outbound destinations are required to observe a 14-day home quarantine + 7-day self health management. Relevant information shall be disclosed. If there is any violation against these measures, the Hotels shall have the right to reject his/her stay and report to the health authority.

3. Emergency
During the stay, if the Hotel Guests are found with any discomfort, especially with fever symptoms or coughing, they shall immediately contact the front desk for the further diagnosis and testing arrangement.

To respond to the measures against the Coronavirus, MADISON TAIPEI HOTEL is providing guests alcohol sterilizers and forehead thermometers. We kindly remind our guests if you have any concerns or requests, please inform our hotel staff. We appreciate your cooperation and will assist you promptly.
